Our G95 filtration material was designed and engineered for integration into apparel. It's durable, and washable for reuse over and over again. It has excellent breathability, and we vigorously tested it at one of the premier testing facilities in the U.S, where it outperformed many of the most popular air pollution masks on the market today. In tests, on average it filtered out 99% of all airborne particles 0.1 microns or larger. Please see the individual tests performed and the test results below:
PARTICLE FILTRATION EFFICIENCY
The Latex Particle Challenge Test is performed to evaluate the non-viable particle filtration efficiency (PFE) of the material. Mono dispersed polystyrene latex spheres were nebulized (atomized), dried, and passed through the material. The particles that passed through the test material were enumerated using a laser particle counter.

BACTERIAL FILTRATION EFFICIENCY
The Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) test is performed to determine the filtration efficiency of the material by comparing the bacterial control counts upstream of the test material to the bacterial counts downstream of the test material.

The Differential Pressure (Delta P) test is performed to determine the breathability of a material by measuring the differential air pressure on either side of the test material using a manometer, at a constant flow rate.

VIRAL FILTRATION EFFICIENCY
The Viral Filtration Efficiency (VFE) test determines the filtration efficiency of a material by comparing the viral control counts upstream of the test material to the counts downstream. A suspension of bacteriophage was aerosolized using a nebulizer and delivered to the test material at a constant flow rate and fixed air pressure.
